Tesco Clubcard Credit Card

I had a phone cal from halifax about my CC which has a low balance and they offered me a 0% BT period and I said I'd think about it . I decided to reassess the cards I have and also got a 0% BT offer from Abbey on a card I have no balance on ...I applied for a Sainsburys card and a Nat West card and both were declined so finally applied for a Tesco card and got my pin number through this morning so can get things sorted out .
What I was wondering is on the stoozing.com site Tesco CC is shown as being "owned" by Tesco Finance so I take it that there is no restriction on what other banks cards I can do a BT on ?
